There could be many reasons on why you are not fulfilling what you are called to do. You're moneyless. You're uneducated. You're unskilled in a specific area that you need to be more skilled at in order to accomplish your dream.

So what is holding you back? It could be, and probably is, what is known as the greatest fear of all human beings. Not sharks, snakes, heights, balloons, or even death.
